1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') are a binding agreement between you and The Tronix Network Inc. ('Tronix,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our'). By using our services, including our website at tronixnetwork.com and related apps or features ('Network'), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Network. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access content, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. 

4. Subscriptions and Billing

All subscriptions are billed either on a month-to-month basis or annually, depending on the plan you select. You will receive invoices and paid receipts via the email address you provided during registration, as recorded by our payment processor. Your subscription will automatically renew and remain active until you cancel it through your Account Settings or by contacting our support services at [email protected]. We reserve the right to change subscription fees with notice.

 

You retain access to all content through the end of your current billing cycle or until cancellation, whether you access the Network or not. You may not use the Network for unlawful or abusive purposes. Violations may result in account termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or non-payment.

5. Cancellation, Refund, and Renewal

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time or annually, depending on the plan you select. You will receive invoices and paid receipts via the email address you provided during registration, as recorded by our payment processor. Your subscription will automatically renew and remain active until you cancel it through your Account Settings or by contacting our support services at [email protected]. We reserve the right to change subscription fees with notice.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. You will continue to have access to the Network's content until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds may be issued in limited situations, such as billing errors or duplicate charges, on a case-by-case basis, provided we can verify the error.

Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew based on your selected plan (monthly or annually). To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription through your Account Settings or by contacting [email protected] before your next billing date. Invoices and paid receipts will be sent to the email address provided during registration by our payment processor. Until your account is canceled, it remains active. Users should cancel their subscriptions before submitting a deletion request to avoid continued charges. To log in to your account, navigate to Account Settings, and click Cancel Membership, or contact our support team at [email protected].

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a billing error has occurred, we strongly encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we can promptly investigate and resolve the issue. We value the opportunity to address any concerns directly. We maintain detailed records of all account activity and reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks with supporting documentation.

7. Intellectual Property

Tronix or its licensors own all content, trademarks, and technology on the Network. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit content without permission.

8. Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to use the Network for unlawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to access restricted areas without authorization.
  • Do not share your account with others.
  • Do not post or upload inappropriate content or malware.

9. Privacy and Data Deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data. By using the Network, you consent to these practices. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.


10. Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of your personal data and account from our Network, email [email protected] with your full name and the email address used for registration. We will delete your Tronix Network data within 30 days of verification.

 

If you used Google, Apple, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok to access the Network, you must revoke access through those platforms' support services. Our Network is not authorized to service those Platforms. Visit our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites or services linked from the Network.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tronix disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damage arising from your use of the Network. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from your use of the Network.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tronix and  its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Network or your violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Network after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
