The Tronix Viewer Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Tronix, Inc., tronixnetwork.com (for the purposes hereof, "Tronix," "we," "Platform," or "us"). The Agreement governs your use of The Tronix Network Service, an online platform that allows consumers like you to view video programs ("Programs") from content owners and licensors ("Producers") through Producer-branded websites and applications that we power.

Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing and using The Tronix Network, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
- To use our services, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. Minors may only access this Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Content
- Tronix provides a variety of content, including unscripted reality dramas. Please note that some of our content may occasionally include strong, coarse language, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, violence, smoking, and nudity. Viewer discretion is advised.Due to the nature of the content, it is deemed unsuitable for children and younger teenagers.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content from this Platform without proper written authorization.
User Conduct
- It is important to follow these standards to ensure the safety and well-being of all users:
- Avoid using offensive screen names or avatars containing nudity.
- Do not engage in deceitful behavior or impersonate anyone or any organization.
- Refrain from harassing or stalking others.
- Do not harm or exploit minors.
- Abstain from sending spam or using misleading metadata.
- Do not collect personal information about others without their consent.
- Do not access someone else's account without explicit permission.
- Refrain from violating any U.S. laws when using our services.
- Do not engage in actions that would subject Tronix to industry-specific privacy regulations, such as HIPAA and GLBA.
- Avoid participating in any unlawful activities or encouraging others to do so.
- Users must not use the Platform to engage in any illegal, harmful, or unethical activities, including but not limited to harassment, hate speech, or copyright infringement.
- You must not upload, share, or promote explicit adult content, hate speech, or any illegal material on this Platform.
Privacy
- We collect and process user data as described in our Privacy Policy, which you should review.
Subscription and Payment
- Access to some content may require a subscription fee, the details of which will be clearly communicated.
- You are responsible for any fees associated with using the Platform.
Subscription
- Billing for Subscription
- We offer subscription-based access to our Service. Subscriptions, which provide you with access to our Service, are billed on a periodic basis as specified at the time of purchase. The Subscription fee is the amount stated on our Website. Your Subscription will continue in effect on a recurring basis corresponding to the term of your subscription period unless and until you cancel your Subscription or your account or the Service is otherwise suspended or discontinued pursuant to this Agreement. If a Subscription is canceled or terminated before the end of the applicable billing cycle, we will NOT reimburse the Subscriber for the remainder of that paid month. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Subscription fees may be subject to taxation in accordance with applicable law. We reserve the right to change the Subscription fee at any time; however, any such changes will apply only to new and renewal Subscription terms. The term of the Subscription may be monthly, quarterly, or yearly. We will charge the credit or debit card (or other payment method such as Apple Pay or Stripe) you designate when you first sign up for the then-current Subscription fee (plus applicable taxes) until the Subscription is canceled. If your payment method is declined, you must provide us with a new card or payment method, or your Subscription will be canceled. If you provide us with a new card or payment method and are successfully charged, your Subscription period will be based on the original sign-up date and not the date of the successful charge.
- Automatic Renewal Subscription
- Your Subscription shall automatically be renewed for each subscription period (an "Automatic Renewal Subscription"). Automatic Renewal Subscription fees will be billed at the end of each subscription period and automatically to the credit or debit card you provided when you signed up for the Subscription or the form of payment we currently have on file for you, in the amount the then-current Subscription fee, approximately one day prior to your Subscription expiration date. If we materially change any of the terms of the Automatic Renewal Subscription, we will provide you with notice of any such changes.
- The Automatic Renewal Subscription will continue until you cancel. You may cancel your Automatic Renewal Subscription online at any time from your " Account Settings" page or by contacting us via Support center. Members may cancel their Subscription at any time.
- Subscription must be canceled prior to the renewal date in order to avoid additional Subscription charges.
- Pricing for Subscriptions
- When you purchase a subscription, you will be charged the rate applicable at the time of your subscription. If we later increase the price of the Subscription for new Members, any such increase shall become effective at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
Service Availability
- We strive to provide continuous and reliable access to our Platform; however, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service may be subject to limitations, delays, and other issues inherent in using the Internet and electronic communications.
- The Platform may experience occasional downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
- The Service may be affected by factors outside our control, such as internet service provider issues, hardware failures, or software bugs.
- We are not responsible for any delays, disruptions, or data loss resulting from such issues.
User Responsiblity
- Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet connectivity to access the Platform.
- We recommend that users use the latest versions of web browsers and operating systems for optimal performance and security.
Termination
- Tronix reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access for violating these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason at our discretion.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
- Tronix provides content "as is," and we make no warranties regarding its accuracy, safety, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not responsible for any actions or content posted by users.
- Tronix is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from your use of the Platform.
- This includes but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
Changes to Terms
- Tronix reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. You are responsible for checking this page regularly for any updates or changes. Your acceptance of any changes to the Platform's terms of use is implied by continuing to use or access the Platform.
Changes to the Service and Fees
- Prices for our Service are subject to change without notice. We retain the right to alter or terminate the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without prior notice. We will not be held liable to you or any third party for any changes in pricing, suspension of services, or termination of the Service.
Refund Policy
- The Tronix Network’s refund policy does not provide refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your subscription period. In rare and extenuating circumstances, refunds may be considered. To have a refund request considered, please contact the Tronix Network support team and provide your account details and the reason for your refund request. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process if it meets the criteria.
Governing Law
- The laws of California and the County of Los Angeles govern these Terms and Conditions. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that any claims against Tronix must be resolved through arbitration. This means that you waive your right to (1) assert claims against Tronix in court, (2) participate in a class action, and (3) have a jury hear your case. We hope this clarifies our policy for you.
